TREE removal & felling

Dangerous tree threatening your property? Storm damage left you with an emergency?

We safely fell and remove trees of any size across Lincolnshire - from straightforward felling where space allows to complex sectional dismantling in confined gardens.

Every removal includes complete waste removal, and we are able to grind stumps if required so you can replant, pave, or turf straight over the top. All work fully insured with £5 million public liability cover.

Site and garden clearance

Overgrown site blocking your development? Garden turned into a jungle?

We clear everything from brambles and undergrowth to mature trees and hedgerows, preparing land for construction, landscaping, or simply getting your garden back under control.

Whether it's a domestic plot or commercial site preparation, we remove all vegetation, grind stumps, and dispose of green waste responsibly - Leaving you with a clean slate ready for the next stage.

All green waste removed and recycled where possible

Stump grinding and root removal

Tree reductions and tree pruning

Trees outgrowing their space or becoming unsightly? Branches scraping the roof or blocking light?

We reduce crown height and spread using proper pruning techniques - cutting back to lateral branches to maintain the tree's natural shape while reducing wind resistance, weight, and improving overall aesthetics.

All work follows BS3998 standards, removing no more than 20-25% of the canopy where possible to keep trees healthy. Includes deadwood removal, formative pruning, and pollarding where appropriate.

Precision pruning back to suitable lateral branches

Pollarding and formative pruning for young trees

Crown reductions to BS3998 standards

Deadwood and hazard branch removal

Tree surveys and planning services

Planning a development? Need to satisfy planning conditions?

We provide BS5837-compliant tree surveys for planning applications - recording every tree on or adjacent to your site, assessing their quality and value, and mapping root protection areas.

Each survey includes a Tree Constraints Plan to guide your design around retained trees, plus arboricultural impact assessments and method statements where required. Fully documented reports ensure you meet Local Planning Authority requirements.

Tree Constraints Plans (TCP) in CAD and PDF format

Arboricultural Impact Assessments (AIA)

Arboricultural Method Statements (AMS) for retained trees

Tree safety inspections (and decay detection)

Concerned about a tree's stability? Noticed signs of disease or structural damage?

We conduct thorough Visual Tree Assessments (VTA) to identify hazards, decay, and structural defects - determining whether trees are safe to retain or require remedial work.

Where necessary, we use advanced decay detection equipment including Resistograph drilling and sonic tomography to assess internal wood condition without causing harm. This reveals hidden decay that's invisible from the outside.

All inspections follow Quantified Tree Risk Assessment (QTRA) methodology, providing clear risk ratings and actionable recommendations for property owners, estate managers, and insurance claims.

Full structural and health assessments to BS5837 standards

Reports for insurance claims and liability management

QTRA risk assessments with clear recommendations
